What Causes Sharp Pinching Feeling In Left Breast?

Question: yesterday I started to get a sharp pinching feeling in my left boob area up high, more towards the right of my breast..not under it and not in the middle. It keeps coming and going. I'm 37 yrs old. No other issues. if I push there it hurts a little. It feels muscular. do you think it could be heart related? I did have a whole heart workup recently about 2 months ago, cardiac bloodwork, ekg.. etc. everything was normal.
