As below:

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. The first thing to do is to get your blood pressure readings recorded.

2. It is unusual for a 16 year old to have these symptoms, however there is a high chance that this is a combination of stress, irregular eating and nutritional deficiencies.

3. Get an opinion from a Neurologist and a Chest physician. You may follow up with your reports here.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
