Brief Answer:
You need to have chest Xray and ultrasound right breast

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns.

Based on the history you have shared, if right breast is not tender to touch or there are no apparent signs of inflammation it is least likely be due to implants, However to rule out, you may have an ultrasound scan for any signs of collection.

For chest pain varrying with respiration, get a chest Xray and rule out any lung pathology. It is least likely to be cardiac though if any signs of sweating, nausea or chest heaviness is felt don't hesitate to get an EKG.

If these turn out to be normal, atleast you would be relieved that vital organ systems are doing well and you can safely treat as muscular pain.

Meanwhile use analgesics like acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
