Brief Answer:
Pain likely due to non specific colic

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms

Going by description of symptoms, the pain is likely to be due to non specific intestinal colic. I would advise you the following

1. Soft diet

2. Antispasmodic like Cyclopam or Drotavarine will be helpful

3. Acid suppresant like Pantoprozole will be helpful

4. Avoid Carbonated/alcohol/caffeinated beverages

Wishing you great health

Brief Answer:
Kindly provide complete Urine report

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms

Pain in back along with protein in urine requires further assessment by Ultrasound of KUB (Kidney ,Ureter and bladder) in consultation with your Physician. The most commonest cause for protein in urine in a young female is Urinary tract infection. Do get back to me with complete details of Urine report.

Brief Answer:
To rule out possibility of Ureteric colic

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms

Going by description of pain radiating from the back, under rib cage and into groin possibility of Ureteric colic needs to be considered especially in view of presence of Protein in Urine.

Ureteric Colic usually occurs due to blockage of Ureter by calculi. Further assessment by Ultrasound scan of abdomen is required to rule out the possibility. I would suggest you to consult your Physician.
