What Causes Shaking Sensation In The Hands?
Question: My name is XXXXXXX am suffering hands shaking since child hood,
when am in talking strangers and taking tea or some objects at new
place it ll be wrost, I have fear and anxity like i cant do good
in life about future. My dad also having hands shaking problem.
I have doubt now,i have 1 year kid i doubt whether he also will get
same problem. How can i identify him (He is just 1 year) and how can i
resolve the problem.
When i met doctor he use give Paxidep 25mg and Clonozapam 0.25 night
i used more then 5 years but when ever i use i feel better once
i stopped it again worst.
Am more worried about my son..i dont want he will be suffer like me in
life

Regular meditation and physical exercise can help significantly in this regard.
This does not appear to be genetic in nature. Sometimes fears are instilled during upbringing of child which should be avoided.
