Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Nausea and vomiting of pregnancy can be cured by tablet doxinate.
Home remedies like avoiding tea empty stomach and spicy food also help a bit.
You should take high protein diet consisting of milk , milk products, eggs , sprouts, peanuts, grams and meat (if non vegetarian).
Drink plenty of fluids around 2-3 litres.
There should be three major meals and 2 snack time to avoid prolong interval between the meals.
