Brief Answer:
Hello dear. You require evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So you have a growth pressing on the bladder. It needs to be verified whether its a cancerous growth or something else like tuberculosis. Moreover, it also needs to be verified whether similar growth is present in other parts of body or not. Treatment can only be decided after evaluating these.
Thanks and regards

Hello. Surgery is the only treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Then its not a growth but protrusion of viscera which we call as hernia. So surgery is the only answer to it. It is certainly not dangerous.
