Brief Answer:
Odynophagia???

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I see you have directed this query to a gynecologist. But I don't feel this is related to gynecology and therefore I shall take this opportunity to answer it.

What you describe pain while eating and drinking seems like odynophagia. Most often it is related to infection either the tonsil or the pharynx. A physical examination is essential to understand the cause and to arrive at a conclusive diagnosis. If the pain continues to trouble you tomorrow, I will recommend you visit an ENT surgeon.

In the meanwhile, you should start warm saline water gargles. A pain medication along with antacid will provided additional benefits. Please try these measures as you prepare to consult a doctor.

Hope this helps.

Regards
