Question: Hi, I was dignosed with gastroporesis and I am gluten free. There are so many times I get sick and pain in my stomach that is so intense I faint. I pulled back on the amount I was eating and so far I am fine but going hungry. Any suggestions?

I would advise you tobtake small and frequent meals upt six small meals per day.
I would advise you yo include more semisolids and liquidsbin your diet.
Levosulpuride or metoclopromide can help you with your symptoms
Avoid high protein and high fat foods apart from your gluten free diet.
Avoid lying down immediately after meals
