What Causes Severe Stomach Pain During Defecation?
Question: I have bad stomach pain when having a bowel movement makes me vomit and I get light headed where I fill like I'm going to black out. It has happened to me twice in the last 3 months.

Having bad stomach pain for about twice in the last 3months could be associated with:
- gastritis or other hyperacidity problems with your stomach
- if you're having irregular periods, it could be related to ovulation cramps

However, if I was your caring doctor would recommend to run abdominal ultrasound to rule out gallbladder and colitis problems together with blood liver function test.
Straining during a bm especially when having constipation can also cause the feeling of almost passing out.
