Brief Answer:
MRS is not a virus but a bacteria

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Severe stomach pain especially in the upper abdomen in the midline associated with nausea suggest the possibility of Severe Gastritis as the cause of symptom. MRS OR MRSA is not a virus, its a bacteria: Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus. It's unlikely to be cause of symptom.

I would suggest you the following which will definitely help
1. Combination of Pantoprozole and Domperidone will be helpful. Pantoprozole is a proton pump inhibitor which suppresses gastric acid secretion. Domperidone is an anti emetic drug.
2. Regular intake of meals
3. Avoid caffeinated/carbonated beverages
4 . Avoid spicy and oily food

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
