Brief Answer:
Frozen Shoulder

Detailed Answer:
Hi I am Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopedic Surgeon.
You have pain in your right shoulder which is severe at night with limited strength and severe pain in right arm during daytime.
This condition is called Frozen shoulder in layman's terms( Periarthrosis in medical terms).
I suggest you start pain killers, muscle relaxants and physiotherapy( physio is the main treatment) . It might take several months for good recovery.
If in few weeks , if you feel that the response is not adequate, then please consult an orthopedic surgeon.
Thanx for the question .
