Brief Answer:
Start with calcium and D3 supplements.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

The pain in the feet can be due to increased body weight or due to calcium or vitamin D3 deficiency. A blood test can help in confirming this. You need to give some rest to your feet. Keep the feet elevated on a stool while sitting and put a pillow below your knees while resting to avoid any swelling.
Do start taking a mild pain killer like acetaminophen and calcium and vitamin D3 supplements after getting the levels checked. Soaking the feet in XXXXXXX warm water and a light foot massage will also help.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

Wishing you good health.
Regards.

Thankyou for your suggestions, i am currently talking calcium supplements and also doing some home remedies like soaking feet in XXXXXXX warm water, using pillow below knees. It is getting little better. Would like to know if compression stockings for feet will help in getting rid/controlling the pain to some extent.
