Question: Hi I have been to so many doctors in that last 5 years and I have so many symptoms that I am hoping you can help me pinpoint to one or two things.
I have severe pain in my entire pelvic area in back to the bottom of my spine. I have had 4 cysts removed from my vertebras, foot, back of knee and shoulder. All of my joints ache all the time. In the past 6 months I continue to wake up with severe joint pains in different areas. First back, then foot, knee, shoulder. left shoulder, left elbow. I do not know why I keep getting all these new pains every few weeks now. I am at the point where I can no longer work but I have to. I need help!

Brief Answer:
polyarthritis needs to be investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
There is possibility of inflammatory type of polyarthritis leading to pain in multiple joints.
I will advise you blood investigation like CBC, ESR, CRP.RA TEST, ACCP,HLA-B27.
Another possibility of Fibromyalgia leading to pain.
Neurotropic medication like pregabalin and methylcobalamine can be started consulting your doctor.
As you are not getting relief with narcotic you may need nerve block or dorsal rizhotomy. Discuss with your treating doctor.

Until then I encourage you to continue physiotherapy. Many of my patients get relief by yoga and pranayama, and XXXXXXX kriya; you may want to try it.

I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
