Brief Answer:
Ear wax blockage needs suctioning by an otorhinolaryngologist

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Ear pain with history of waxsol and syringing indicates it is earwax blockage causing the pain. Waxsol is to soften the wax which then can be suctioned with a curet by an otorhinolaryngologist for the relief. You may apply some olive oil drops in the ear for the softening of the wax.

Tylenol or ibuprofen for the pain and if the pain is still persists we prefer topical anesthetic ear drops in combination with ciprofloxacin antibiotic. Those help the pain always.

I hope it helps. Seek an otorhinolaryngologist for the relief and no worries it is easily manageable illness and resolves. However tinnitus will needs management for the relief too.

Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
