What Causes Severe Pain And White Discharge From Testicle During Defecation?
Question: Testicle hurting(feel like they are pulling up in stomach) while taking a dump and sperm like substance coming out penis( have not had any sperm like substance leaking or coming out penis any other time just when I go to bathroom ( take a dump). It bothers me for about a hour after I use bathroom. Stomach hurts ( lower stomach)

Doesn't pus have a smell this doesn't really have smell and it feels like cum
