Brief Answer:
detects hcg by day 11 to 14 after conception

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It depends on the time frame between the test and the possible time of conception..

Pregnancy tests pick up the HCG hormone. This hormone is normally detectable by day 11 to 14 after conception. This means if you were last sexually active more than 2 weeks ago, the test is accurate.
If the test was done after this time, then it is accurate and you are not pregnant at this time.

If the test was done before this time, then you should wait a few days and repeat to get a true result.

IF the tests is truly negative then there are other causes for your symptoms that would need to be addressed

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
