Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation, investigations to get the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history of left breast pain in a 60 year old female who had a small cyst on mammography , ultrasound and biopsy negative.
My thoughts:
Since there is left sided pain, the foremost important is an EKG and cardiac checkup to rule out cardiac cause.
Actual clinical examination would help to see for costochondritis as the cause of pain.
It also will help to see for any tender lump in breast as some cyst may have bleedind or infection.
It also helps to see if mastitis or fibroadenosis is present.
Ultrasonography and FNAC if required will help further.
Please get all these done to get the actual cause so that management will be guided and most effective.
I hope this answer helps you.
