Psoriatic arthritis

Well you seem to be developing psoriatic arthritis , common in people with long standing psoriasis.Slowly it is involving all your joints.

As for it s management, you can take diclofenac or selective Cox 2 inhibitors like celecoxib.. But orencia is not the first drug of choice . You need to start on tablet methotrexate first as it is the best oral drug still available for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. A little slow to act but if tolerated you will do good in it.

As per studies orencia is still.not the drug of choice for psoriasis. either you need to take infliximab or humira or etarnacept as the choices if methotrexate fails. But yes start on methotrexate

Brief Answer:
Presciption

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Well, these are stronger medications and cant be prescribed online. Plus your country wont accept online prescriptions. You will need to meet a rheumatologist for it and get your treatment sorted
