Brief Answer:
Need to use motility agents like domperidone

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, it seems that the issue is more related to the stomach than the heart. For reassurance try to get an EKG for the palpation that you have mentioned though the other symptoms point towards gastric reflux or gaseous bloating. The only thing which needs to be ruled out is hiatal hernia as problems with diaphragm that you have mentioned can be if the slit for food pipe in diaphragm gets laxed or losen up, it can lead to. hiatal hernia or impaction of gastric content above diaphragm. A routine ultrasound may be performed if not CT to start with.

Using motility agents like domperidone before meals and antacids like omeperazole or pantoprazole before meals can give symptomatic relief. Avoid heavy, greasy or oily diets and fizzy drinks.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the feedback. It's good to have a normal EKG but please note that it is something which may vary within minutes or hours so it's better to repeat one and proceed with the ultrasound.

Have a superb health and quick recovery.
Regards.
