Brief Answer:
NSAIDS for headache, upload the pictures of the nail bed

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
It would be better if you can upload the pictures of the nail, it will help me in providing you with specific advice.
Since when you have facing this problem?
Is it on one nail or all the nails?
Is there any history of injury?

Regarding headache--
Since when you are facing this problem?
Is there any history of allergy or cold?
Do you use computer a lot?

I would presently suggest you to take NSAIDS like diclofenac for few days. Along with it do steam inhalation with few drops of eucalyptus oil in it, two to three times a day. This should help you.
If it persists we should rule out refractive errors, for this I would suggest you to see opthalmologist.
Hope this helps
Take care
