What Causes Severe Head Pain And Constant Teary Eyes?

Question: Dear sir
My cousin whose age is around 57 is having pain only on one side of head and pain is too much sometimes water would come from eyes and eyes are swollen little bit.i'm not sure if it is migraine.Could you plase suggest few medicaions and how to overcome from that

Unilateral headache may be due to migraine, cluster headache or trigeminal autonomic cephalgias.
The duration of headache is important.
If the headache persists for hours then it may possibly be migraine or cluster headache.
Redness of eyes, watering and unilateral headache is due to cluster headache.
He should visit to a neurologist for detailed examination and evaluation.
Treatment will differ according to disease.
Pain killers like naproxen can be taken on sos basis.
Provide more details.
Nausea or vomiting?
sensitivity to light or sound?
Previous such headache or migraine?
Family history?

Thanks for your feedback.We would consult neurologist for detailed examination as suggested by you.
Usually it will be more during the day but would goes away in evening.So if he get exposure to sunlight it would be paining more not sure whhat could be the reason.
There is no Nausea or vomiting?
As suggested by you wuill take Pain killers naproxen , but how long this needs to be taken do they have any side effts
