Brief Answer:
Tramadol for sharp pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern

According to the history you probably are treating for pleropneumonia, which means an infection of lung visceral surface. This infection produse a very sharp pain as you explain.

I agree with the treatment your doctor has recommend to you.

After some days of the treatment the pain becomes more soft and with the passing time it disappears completely.

If the severity of pain does not change for some days than it would be better for you to do a chest CT for evaluating better the thoracic cage and the lungs too.

For the pain you can take painkillers like Tramadol twice.

Please discuss with your doctor for the above.

I wish a fast recovery for you
