Brief Answer:
Please provide more information for better assessment

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs XXXXXXX
I really appreciate your concern
Here I would like further information for better assessment of the condition
Is she having running nose or fever?
Any history of regurgitation or vomiting ?
Please upload me the CBC report?
Have you seen any doctor?
What was her birth weight, is she gaining weight adequately?

In my opinion you should give her multivitamin supplements and nasal drops if she is having running nose or nasal congestion.
Give her honey or honitus cough syrup.

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
low hemoglobin level might be a contributory factor

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details and reports , I had gone through the reports.
Her hemoglobin is less, she is anaemic which increases her susceptibility to infection owing to poor functioning of immune system.

In my opinion you should take care of adequate nutrition and Iron and multivitamin supplements to boost her immunity and fighting power against common ailments.

I would advise you to visit a paediatric doctor for physical examination and prescription of adequate doses for iron supplements.

Local application of vicks to the chest and nostrils or nebulisation with normal saline will definitely help her

Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for follow up
