Brief Answer:
When was last urine culture and CT scan done.Send reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Your main symptom seems to be severe burning during urination.
Also, slight back pain on both sides.

Let me know the following,so that i can give you an expert opinion :
1. when was last urine culture done.
If more than a month,kindly repeat it.If within a month,send the report.
2. When was the CT scan done. If done over 6 months back, repeat it.
If less than that period, send the report.
3. Send reports of Hb,RBS,s.creatinine ,LFT and platelets.
This is needed,so that i can advise safe analgesics.

Till i get the reply, you may start taking Tablet Phenazopyridine .
It gives an orange discoloration to urine, but will become clear, when stopped.
Drink about 10 glasses of liquids daily.
You may take Syrup Citralka, twice daily.
These medicines can be prescribed,by your doctor or a licensed pharmacist.

Kindly mention, other medication you may be taking.
It would be good,if you can send the prostate biopsy report.

Wish you well.
