I have gone through the attachment which you have uploaded.'Dr XXXXXXX Limaye' has rightly mentioned that isolated AVM's may present in early adulthood frequently(and not congenital), though the mechanism behind is genetic. On the other hand, congenital AVM's are usually multiple.
