Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Sarcoidosis is diagnosed via both imaging studies such as chest radiographs and High resolution CT scan. Endobronchial biopsy with central histological finding of non caseating granuloma establishes the diagnosis.

The length or duration can be assessed via staging the disease.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
