Brief Answer:
Symptoms suggest possibility of more than one condition

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. I hope that you have had an Impedance Audiometry (I/A or Tympanometry) done. Upload the Pure Tone Audiograms (PTAs) and an I/A with any other examination notes.

2. Your symptoms are suggestive of either early Meniere's Disease, though you have not mentioned dizziness. The headache suggests a Migraine associated dizziness. Headache and ear ache is not a common symptoms of Meniere's Disease. Hence it is possible that you have two different conditions.

3. Which diuretics have you been prescribed? Are you on a salt restricted diet?

4. The nasal obstruction and bad breath may be due to sinusitis and a post nasal drip.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
