Brief Answer:
This pain concerns me....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

From what I understand, you developed sudden onset horrible right lower abdomen pain. It seems to be a cramping pain that is radiating to the groin and other side. Now there are couple of possibilities such as ureteric colic (from a kidney stone) as well as pain from ovaries (such as a cyst) that may be the cause of pain. However with such description, the priority is to rule out acute appendicitis which is considered as an emergency.

Without an opportunity to physically examine the area for tenderness, guarding, rigidity and rebound tenderness it isn't possible to rule out surgical emergencies. Therefore I will recommend you visit the nearest ER. An ultrasound abdomen, complete blood count as well as an urine analysis are required before we plan its treatment.

There are pain medications available over the counter to counter such pain (to an extent). But I will not recommend using it unless we get to know the cause of this pain. So please visit the ER right away.

Good luck!!
