Question: Hello, I've been having a weird ache or pain feeling on my right chest. Almost as if something is pulling my ribs like a strained muscle. Should I call 911?

I've felt it occasionally about 5 times per day for at least 3 minutes or more.

Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that if your chest pain is persistent, ever growing, not modulated by respiration and posture, continuous, then you should ask medical assistance (911 or run to the nearest ER department).
It is important a thorough medical interview and careful physical examination, coupled with resting ECG, chest X ray study, and some blood tests (including complete blood count, PCR, cardiac enzymes, AST & ALT, CPK, etc).
A differential diagnosis between a musculoskeletal disorder, a pleural inflammation, gallbladder inflammation, or other alternatives should be done.
If your chest discomfort subsides, then you can follow an elective (not urgent) consultation by your attending physician.
