She is a diabetic on human mixtard 70/30. been using for the past couple of months.
Takes sibelium 10 for migraine.
Taking Zolfresh for sleep issues for the past 15 days.
Took trycha 0.5 once 4 days back and slept soundly for 8-9 hours during the day. It made her feel well.
Again took Trycha 0.25 yesterday but to no effect.
Also she burps if any body part is pressed. Taking Rekool - L for this. There is a doubt about gas issues but dont know of any test that can confirm it.

Brief Answer:
Follow up

Detailed Answer:
Dear Misbah,
Thanks for follow up.

I am glad to know that she is on regular medications for diabetes and like to inform you that it is anxiety which is causing all these problems. Presence of gas issues, insomnia, feeling abnormal, hyperawareness indicates possibility of anxiety disorder.

It also seems that there is rebound insane due to aberrant use of TRIKA which is not supposed to be taken at this age as there is risk of addiction.

In my opinion clonazepam 0.5 mg will make a better choice as the risk of rebound insomnia as well as addiction is very less. Since it is prescription only medication I request you to discuss same with your doctor.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks again.

Thanks for the response. If there was to be a neurological check up for the same, what tests would that have?

Brief Answer:
Neurological examination

Detailed Answer:
Dear Misbah,
Thanks for follow up.

The first and foremost thing for neurological check up is neurological examination by expert. In case any abnormality is detected on neurological examination relevant investigations can be ordered.

To be precise I like to inform you that there is no generic set of tests for neurological check up before attending a neurologist.

I hope this helps you further.
