Brief Answer:
Fordyce spots are grouped papules, visible sebaceous glsnds. Not harmful

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

This is DR Murugan, answering to your question.

I saw the pictures sent by you. This has no relation to the oral sex. This lesion is neither related to genital herpes nor fungal (yeast) infection. It is a condition called as Fordyce spots or papules. They are grouped mucosa or skin colored papules. It is harmless condition. This is nothing but the visible sebaceous glands. No treatment is necessary. If you feel cosmetic reasons, laser or electric coagulation may be tried.
It has no relation to STD. Can be ignored and live with that. Nothing will happen.

Brief Answer:
Peeing sensation could be due to anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back to HCM.

Feeling of peeing could possibly be due to your anxiety or phobia about thoughts of STD. Examination of urine would reveal whether there is any pathology or not.
Your glans (head of penis) penis is absolutely free from any redness. There is no sign of inflammation over the glans. Redness over the inner aspect of foreskin is due to some irritation and it will disappear on repeated washing. Avoid soaps or any other application over the inner aspect of foreskin. Ignore the Fordyce spots. Risk of STD/HIV.following oral sex is very low.

Brief Answer:
Consciousness about genital cleanliness might be a cause for the redness.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
It could be even due the excessive consciousness about your genital hygiene and the steps taken by you like washing with soaps and antiseptic lotions. It might also be due to the irritation due to saliva. Saliva would be an irritation to certain individuals.

Hi sir... I was generally anxious about mybhealth but not concious about my penis as such so when i saw those red spots i got scared. Also sir i was doagnosed with yeast infection for the spots alrhough they have disappeared as you mentioned either on their own or cz of medicine but both doctors ruled l the spots as an hiv symptom. My question is even yeast inection could be a potential system although this happened after 5 days if the incident. I am also attaching another photo of my toe could this be a symptom? I did fall two days back maybe it could be because of that plus this toe nail was peeled off last year and grew back this year i dont know what to make of it please help me i am going to dp an hiv test soon but are these things a symptom?

Brief Answer:
Toe nail problem has nothing to do with yeast infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Yeast infection also would like to get cleared spontaneously even without treatment with proper cleaning and in the absence of any predisposing factors like diabetes, immune deficiency etc. This yeast infection is not necessarily to remain the body system to produce symptoms in future.

Your toe nail problem has nothing to do with the yeast infection or oral sex. It is due to an injury only. Nothing else.
You are safe.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be due to candida.Onycomycosis due to Dermatophyte is possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Onychomycosis is a possibility. It can not be clarified with picture alone. Close inspection and nail clipping for fungus would be useful. But one thing I am sure that it is not due candida. Candidal infection the picture would be different. In candida paranychia is the primary feature rather than nail plate destruction.
If the fungal etiology is there, the possibility is a Dermatophyte infection rather than a candidal infection. Onychomycosis has no relation to sex contact or STD, such a big portion of nail destruction would not occur within two weeks, especially over toe nail. It would have present still earlier than your sex contact (unnoticed).
Yeast infection is not necessarily to be present only in the presence of HIV.
It can occur to anybody. Moreover in HIV infection fungal manifestation could be present after 5-7 years when there is marked immune deficiency and not earlier.

Brief Answer:
Consult a dermatologist for further help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back to HCM.

Increase in intensity during evening does not alter my probable diagnosis, as it could possible when the foreskin not get retracted for a long time or not being washed with water.
It is common to get variations in color over glans penis normally with majority of the population (more like a diffused one).
Bur well circumcised papule or spots can be present with some non-venereal skin conditions like psoriasis or lichen planus.
That can be confirmed by a close inspection by a Dermatologist or with a biopsy of the lesion.
