Getting red face and weak legs after a bowel movement is not specific to any organic medical condition. But if a patient comes to me with these complaints I would check his blood pressure and order for cardiac investigation including ECG and (if needed) echocardiogram to make sure they are all within normal limits.
If you have any reports on this , please post so that I can give you some useful advice.
Meanwhile drink lot of water and may take mild laxative if you are constipated.

I had diarhea five times after that episode and stomach ache. Wonder was it vaso vagal had chills then bowel movement and red face flush hot weak legs resolved before 10 mins no other problems besides diarhea which started w this bm

Yes, vasovagal reflex may be a cause. However I would have still advised patient in my clinic for EKG, to rule out any abnormality.
Stomach ache and diarrhea most likely may be due to a stomach bug. Please take lot of oral fluids to avoid dehydration. If it hurts a lot and diarrhea is persistent, you must see a doctor. Please do not forget to mention your condition before that episode.
