Brief Answer:
Take complete rest for at least half to 1 hour.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have read the query and understand the concern.

Shower actually increases blood circulation in the eye and lead to corneal congestion.

Also, during shower our eyes become more sensitive to the environment. So when bath water comes into the eyes, the eye immune system causes increase blood circulation to the cornea and conjunctiva of the eyes.

So don't immediately engage yourself in something (like reading news paper) which can worsen the corneal congestion leading to cloudiness.

You should take complete rest and wait until the blood circulation recovers to the normal and vision improves.

If vision is still cloudy then you can use anti-allergic eye drops.(Cromolyn Sodium 2%)

Decongestant eye drops must be used under ophthalmologist super vision because of some side effects like dryness and irritation, dilated pupils.

Hope this detailed information will help you.
