Brief Answer:
redness

Detailed Answer:
My Dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
Your child does not have infection or injury to the eye.If he had infection then zoxan eye drop would have made some difference during 3days time.Such redness usually is not due to injury but as this is a growing child there are chances that this is allergy and such problems will keep recurring as the child is exposed to various allergens.
There are various anti allergic drops available ,good compound is oloptidine marketed as olopat or olodin eye drops and is to be put in 2-3times a day and is safe for children. There are other stronger compounds but this is good to start with.
some protection from dust and allergens is preferable.
