Brief Answer:
Seeing a Dr for a review is worthwhile still

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,

Redness and soreness are signs of an inflammation, and in your case, it likely this should be an infection. Popped white fluid is most likely to be an abscess that you ruptured.

It is imperative to get a proper medical review. Appreciating if there is more pus remaining would be important. A physical examination and an abdominal ultrasound would be most helpful in this regard. Depending on the intensity and appreciation of your doctor, a proper course of local treatment and antibiotics would then be prescribed.

Feeling fine is for sure reassuring that the inflammation has reduced. Evaluating however to exclude that there is no residual focus of infection within the abdominal area would be my advice.

I still think seeing a Dr for a review is worthwhile. Kind regards,

Dr Bain
