What Causes Red Spots On Penis?

Question: I noticed red spots on my penis. I have oral sex about 20 days ago. When I woke up my uvula was swollen. it healed after a few days which i freaked out about. I just noticed these spots about a week ago. It doesnt hurt or anything but when i saw it, thats when it started to hurt. Im not sure what this is. I would be happy to send a picture of it

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have red spots on your penis after having oral sex .

Since oral cavity is full of multiple bacteria it is common to get infection of glans penis after oral sex.

I shall be happy if you can upload photograph of your penis to help me in making comments on your problem.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
