Brief Answer:
Penile yeast infection (candidiasis)

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Thank you so much for your co-operation.

The attached images and the given history supports the diagnosis of a yeast infection. I would recommend a visit to your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and initiate the treatment.

Penile yeast infections are usually treated in the following manner:

+One time oral tablet of fluconazole 150 mg

and/or

+Topical anti-fungal cream or ointment (Easily available over the counter as well)

Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Yes sir, here are a few suggestions

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

I understand, do the following:

+Keep the region dry and clean at all times
+Take a shower at least twice a day and wipe the region dry
+Do not have sexual contact of any form, including masturbation
+Carry an extra pair of inner wear so you can change it when you start sweating around the groin region (around mid day)
+Try to get your hands on diflucan (fluconazole) 150 mg tablet (only one) from a medical store and take it
+Ask your pharmacist for any over-the-counter anti-fungal cream for the genitalia and use whatever is available to be applied to the region twice a day after cleaning the region and drying it

Please keep in touch with me and keep me updated as there may be a few other instructions and advise depending on your response. Please also feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
