What Causes Red Rashes On The Abdomen Along With Itchy Knee?

Question: My 4 year old has a small rash near her belly button ... For a couple months ... It seems to be getting worse. She also seems to get a rash and blotchy red marks all over her around bedtime each night, she complains that behind her knees are very itchy ... Any idea what this could be

Hi...by what you quote I feel that it is an allergic rash or urticaria or eczema (as it is behind knees.

But skin conditions are best diagnosed and treated after seeing them (as you very well know).
