What Causes Red Rashes On My Child's Cheek And Arms After Flumist Vaccine?

Question: Hi My Daughter got the Flumist vaccine two days ago and she developed a hot very red slightly raised rash on her cheeks, arms and trunk. Have been giving Benedryl but not working, it is slightly itchy. Any advice or have you heard of anyone getting a rash post flutist?
