Brief Answer:
Can be due to vasculitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
From the description provided and the photo attached the rashes you have seem to be due to pityriasis rosea- this starts as a small round or oval lesion, eventually other lesions are seen, it is very itchy. The other causes can be allergic dermatitis or heat rash. This can be related to vasculitis that you have been diagnosed with.
Such rashes usually need systemic and topical steroids for treatment. After your doctor gives a corticosteroid to suppress the flare up, a steriod cream such as fluticasone can be applied daily for 4 weeks to prevent future flares
After the 4 weeks, it can be applied (with the moisturizer) twice weekly in the areas normally affected for up to 4 months.
You can get the proper treatment prescribed from your dermatologist.
I hope this answers your query.

The flare up usually last for a couple of days and during that time the rash it hot and hurt. When the flare up start to go down then it gets a bit itchy. I have this kind of rash on different spot of my foot and it comes and goes. It started small and spread bigger. I don't know what causes to flare up that way I can prevent it. I this time my rheumatologist prescribed me Plaquenil for the vasculitis symptoms.

Brief Answer:
Steroids are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
These rashes also are likely to be related to immune related problem. Plaquenil is not likely to help these rashes. Oral and topical steroids are needed. Be vigilant for any aggravating factors.
Hope my answer is helpful.
