What Causes Red Rashes On Face After Using Aldara Cream?

Question: I used Aldara cream for 6days, I have very red areas with open sores that have scabs on my face.now that I have stopped using it will my face heal without going to a doctor for treatment?

It seems like you developed irritation or allergic reaction and this is known side effect of aldara. You must stop it immidiately but there is no need to visit doctor at this point unless signs of infection develops. You should just keep your face clean by frequent washing with neutral soaps and dry it good after it. It will heal in several days. if sores persist,you need to see dermatologist.
