Brief Answer:
hand eczema; moisturizer & potent topical steroid

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for wtiting to us.

I hzve gone through your query and i have also reviewed the image.

This is hand eczema Or hand dermatitis

I suggest you to use a good intensive moisturizer, twice or thrice daily.
I also suggest you to use a potent topical steroid e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.05% or halobetasol propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily, over and above the moisturizer.

The cream that you have used i.e cortaid contains a very mild topical steroid i.e hydrocortisone and is unlikely to provide much benefit.

An oral antihistame e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.

Avoid harsh soaps and cleansers. Avoid repeated washing.

Regards
