Need to find out the cause Of ulcers

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have seen the attached picture.
You surely seem to have developed penile ulcers ,the cause of which could be either bacterial or some std.
I would like to know certain details from you so as to reach a diagnosis.
Since when do you have this problem at present ?
How many episodes in a year approximately?
Do the lesions appear at the same site always ?
Is there any associated pain or itching or discomfort?
Have you ever noticed any fluid filled blisters ?

I am sure I will be able to help you better once you provide me the details .

Havent yet seen any fluid blisters it just started happening recently. This is just the worst its been. Before I just felt it may be chaffing but this time i got worried. Ita been happening for about 2 months but only happened only two other times just not as bad as this time. It does itch and theres a little bit of pain if you touch the area.

Care of the affected area

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

Thanks for the details .
The lesions surely look pyogenic in nature .
I would advise you to keep the affected area clean and dry .
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the affected area twice daily .
You might a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion tends to persist or increase.

Get a blood glucose assessment done since you are developing the lesions again and again .
Ask your partner ,if she also has any complaints of excessive discharge or any apparent skin lesions ,then you both might need evaluation with std panel testing .

Brief Answer:
See a dermatologist

Hi again

Foul smell along with any kind of whitish ,greenish or frothy discharge could be suggestive of a vaginal infection .
It is always better to see a dermatologist and get it checked to rule out any infection .
