Brief Answer:
History and Clinical photographs required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I appreciate your concern regarding your skin condition and will make sure your problem gets solved in a rightful way.
I am afraid the description you have given is way too vague to reach a definitive diagnosis plus there are no pictures of the condition.
I think you might have got some fungal infection over (Candidial Balanoposthitis or Tinea) but still its difficult to say anything without actual examination or clinical photographs.
Therefore i suggest you to send few good quality pictures along with detailed history in the follow up.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antifungals

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting the pictures requested.
From keen observation of pictures and considering your history, its clear you have developed candidial balanoposthitis, a yeast infection of genitals.
Nothin to worry as such as its pretty easy to treat.
Though you have not mentioned any sexual history, I think you must have developed it due to poor hygiene or excessive use of harsh soap over that area.
Usually, in my patients I insist on being investigated for syphilis and HIV.
I suggest you short course of oral antifungal like fluconazole.
Apply topical antifungal cream like sertaconazole twice a day over affected area.
Use ketoconazole soap for rinsing the area and use antifungal dusting powder to keep the area dry.
Take antihistaminics for itching as required.
Use cotton undergarments an avoid too tight undergarments.
Hope my answer has resolved all your doubts. Still if you have any queries you can reach me directly anytime through my profile page.

Wish you best of health,
Take care,

Brief Answer:
Fluconazole, sertaconzole

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
For candidial balanoposthitis, I prefer giving fluconazole 150 mg once day after lunch for 10-15 days.
Sertaconazole cream should be applied gently over affected areas( can be used on any body site!) twice a day for 4 weeks.
Hope your queries are resolved in rightful way,
Thank you,
Dr Hardik Pitroda
