Brief Answer:
Consideration

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for sending the query.

It's possible there could be some inflammation of the lymph nodes in your armpit which causes pain and discomfort as well as sensitivity. this could be evaluated with an ultrasound if your doctor feels it is necessary.

Also, a pinched nerve may cause pain in the armpit. This could be related to a pinched nerve in the neck or shoulder. An MRI might be helpful if your doctor thinks this is a possibility.

I would recommend considering physical therapy for you to work on stretching and mobility exercises which may help alleviate your pain as well.

Thanks again for sending the query.

Sincerely,
