What Causes Recurring Itchy Rash On Foot?

Question: i have had this itchy rash on my right foot for a couple of years. it comes and goes. Whenever is returns, it is intensely itchy. it has recently spread to by leg.

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.

I have seen the attached image. I would request you to upload a better image where I can see your foot as well as affected leg properly.
From what I can see, it probably looks like an eczematous lesion. Usually an eczematous lesion resolves by using emollients and steroid creams.
Another possibility could be fungal infection. If it is fungal infection, oral and topical antifungal would help.

Please upload the pic so that I can make a probable diagnosis and suggest appropriate treatment.
