Brief Answer:
Need cardiac check up once as per my advice to rule out heart disorders

Detailed Answer:
Hey XXXXXXX welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
The symptoms you have described usually leaves us with 3 possibilities

-Heart related issues - as you also have family history (your age is very young though but better to rule out once)
-Dyspepsia (stomach and acidity related problems sometimes cause similar problems as you have described)
- Anxiety

So, my advice is -

1. Meet your doctor and ask for treadmill stress test(which will show ecg changes during walking if you have reduced blood supply to the heart). And 2d echo study (which is like sonography of heart and show what is your heart functioning)
With this 2 tests your doctor can rule out whether you have coronary heart disease or not. So don't worry.

2 . Meanwhile you can take antacids like pantoprazole, digene Syp etc for gas and acidity as per your doctor prescription.

3.Do daily brisk walking, avoid spicy and junk foods, smoking etc.

4.Do your lipid profile, thyroid profile, blood pressure check up and blood sugar levels.

Once the test reports come you can ask me or if any other questions you are most welcome. Thank you.
Have a nice day.
