Brief Answer:
You have panic disorder with agoraphobia

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing through HCM.

I have read your query and understood your concerns. From your query, I have interpreted that you have severe anxiety attacks repeatedly in which you pass out, you have developed severe depression secondary to panic attacks and you do not go to public places because you feel that you might develop panic attack and there will be nobody to help you.

I feel that you have these symptoms for long time and you also had gone for treatment of it. I want some information:
1. Which drugs were given to you previously?
2. Are you taking any drugs currently?
3. Did you have any improvement with drugs?
4. Why the doctors are not giving you drugs now? What do they say?
5. Are you on any sleeping pills?

Are you asking about payment method to HCM? Payment method is simple, it is either by credit card or debit card of your bank.
We do not provide prescription. So, you have to visit a psychiatrist in person to get prescription for the drugs. On this site doctors give only opinion and solve the query, they can also suggest the drugs but you have to get drugs from your GP or psychiatrist.

In my patient with symptoms like you, I would have started Paxil 12.5 mg along with anxiolytics, so that your anxiety and sleep both can be addressed.
