What Causes Recurrent Nose Bleeds?

Question: i am having 1-2 nose bleeds a day but it only bleeds from right side of my nose

Hi

Thanks for posting this query

Unilateral nasal bleed is usually due to dryness of the nose or nasal trauma (secondary to nose picking), unless associated with raised blood pressure.

Do not worry! With simple measures this can be taken care of. My suggestions to you are:
1. Drink plenty of warm water to keep the nasal mucosa moist.
2. Use saline nasal spray followed by saline nasal ointment to keep the nasal mucosa moist.
3. Avoid nose picking and using tissue inside the nose, to clean the nose.
4. If the symptoms do not get better with the above measures consult your doctor.
